HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1986-12342 Revised 1/20/86 RESOLUTION NO. 12342 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING 16 DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TELEGRAPH CANYON CREEK FLOOD CONTROL CHANNEL The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those 16 Grants of Easement for drainage purposes for the construction of Telegraph Canyon Creek Flood Control Channel, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to negotiate a contract with First American Title Company for escrow services necessary to complete the acquisition proceedings.
