RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING AND GRANTING EASE¥~ENT TO PACIFIC BELL IN
LOT 200 OF BONITA LONG CANYON ESTATES, L~IT 1, CV TRAC~ NO. 81-4
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT OF
EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
That the City of Chula Vista does hereby grant certain
easement to Pacific Bell in Lot 200 (Open Space) of Bonita Long
Canyon Estates, Unit 1, Chula Vista Tract No. 81-4
for underground telephone purposes
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute same
for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.

GRANT OF EASEMENT
The undersigned Grantor(s) hereby grant(s) to PACIFIC BELL, a California Corporation,
operate, inspect, repair, replace and remove such underground communication facilities
as Grantee may from time to time require (including ingress thereto and egress
therefrom) consisting of wires, cables, conduit, manholes, handholes and aboveground
in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, described as
follows:
A strip of land fifteen (15.00) feet in width being a portion of Lot 200 of
Chula Vista Tract No. 81-4 subdivision as said lot is shown on map of said
subdivision filed for record as Map Noi 11205 on the 22 day of April, 1985, in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County lying four (4.00) feet
Northerly and Northeasterly, eleven (11.00) feet Southerly and Southwesterly of
and coincident with the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 92 of said Tract; thence North
72°09'11" East 17.69 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
South having a radius of 305,00 feet; thence Easterly and Southeasterly
210.95 feet along said curve through a central angel of 39°37'40"; thence
Southeasterly 64.60 feet, more or less, along a non-tangent line to the point
of intersection with the Southerly terminus of the Westerly line of a 20 foot
wide water easement; the course of said Westerly line designated North
06°11'00" West 306.21 feet on Sheet 9 of 16 of said Map No. 11205; thence
South 65°27'35" East 382.17 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
to the Northeast having a radius of 190.00 feet; thence Southeasterly and
Easterly 32.30 feet along said curve through a central angle of 09°44'22";
thence South 75°11'57" East 217.34 feet to the POINT OF TERMINATION in the
Westerly line of Lot 174 of said Tract.
ALSO: A strip of land eight and one half (8.50) feet in width in said Lot
200 lying Southerly of and coincident with the following described line:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 174; thence South 75'11'57"
East 201.45 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot 174 to the POINT OF
TERMINATION, said point also being a point on the Westerly line of Hampton
Court as shown on said Tract Map,

GRANT OF EASEMENT
The sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate in the
Southwesterly and Easterly lines of said Lot 200.
Grantee shall be responsible for dm~age caused intentionally or by any negligent act or
omission of Grantee, its agents or employees while exercising the rights granted
herein. Grantee also agrees to replace, in kind, any landscaping that may be disturbed
or damaged while exercising the rights granted herein.
