APPROVAL OF MINUTES of August 18, 2020 Recommended Action: Subcommittee approve the minutes. 2. CONSIDERATION OF BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS' RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR EXPLANATION, PURSUANT TO CVMC 2.25.105(D), "REMOVAL FOR CAUSE," FOR POTENTIAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY COUNCIL At the meeting of August 18, 2020, .following the review of annual attendance and training records, and reports submitted, the Subcommittee directed staff to contact specified members and request an explanation of their situations. Recommended Action: Subcommittee review the responses to the request for explanation and provide direction to staff as appropriate. 3. DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER REVISIONS TO THE ANNUAL BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBER ATTENDANCE AND TRAINING REVIEW PROCESS DESCRIBED IN CHULA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.25.105 Recommended Action: Subcommittee discuss and provide direction to staff.
