HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1985-12203 RESOLUTION NO. 12203 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FOR SLOPE RIGHTS ON EAST "H" STREET BETWEEN AUBURN AVENUE AND RUTGERS AVENUE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept those certain Grants of Easement for slope rights on East "H" Street between Auburn Avenue and Rutgers Avenue executed by Chula Vista City School District and Educational Contractors of America, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to record the documents in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
