Home My WebLink AboutReso 1985-12202 RESOLUTION NO. 12202 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES ON EAST "H" STREET EAST OF OTAY LAKES ROAD The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept those certain Grants of Easement for street purposes on East "H" Street east of Otay Lakes Road executed by Kelton Title Corporation and Sweetwater Union High School District, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to record the documents in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
