CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT AT 434 NO GE
"F" STREET FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of easement for
drainage at 434 "F" Street executed by the Housing Authority of
the County of San Diego, dated the 18th day of April, 1985, a
copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof as though fully set forth herein, be and the same is
hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record said easement in the office of the San Diego County
Recorder.

ans assigns, any portion of an unenclosed flood drainage channet provided such enclo$ure is constructed or installed
by a licensed contractor in accordance with plans and specifications approved by and to the satisfaction of the Grantee,
its successors and assigns. In granting its approval the Grantee, its successors and assigns, may impose reasonable con
ditions including, but not limited to, the filing by the contractor or Grantor of an adequate performance bond to
guarantee completion of the work.
There is reserved to the Grantor, his successors and a~igns, the right and privilege to use the above described land of tile
Grantor at any time, in any manner and for any purpose not inconsistent with the full use and enjoyment by the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, of the rights and privileges herein granted.
