L.R 1 R~SOI'.u~'rON OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF --"J CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT AT 434 NO GE "F" STREET FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of easement for drainage at 434 "F" Street executed by the Housing Authority of the County of San Diego, dated the 18th day of April, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
