HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1985-12216 RESOLUTION NO. 12216 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR CITY HALL REMODEL PROJECT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,626 The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, on June 16, 1985, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 12046 awarding a contract to Ronco Construction in the amount of $82,831 for remodeling the north end of City Hall, and WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is to provide additional cabinets and shelving at a cost of $8,626. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,626 for City Hall Remodel Project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $8,626 be, and the same is hereby appropriated from the Revenue Sharing Contingency Fund 600-6000-RS51. Presented by Approved as to form by E. J.
