the appeal of the Planning Commission decision, the City Council
directed that a resolution be brought back approving the

of the shopping center at 631 "H" Street which

to serve the existing uses in the shopping center.
The operation of the additional three (3) tables
shall be subject to subsequent Zoning Administrator
approval on a yearly basis.
