Home My WebLink AboutReso 1986-12483 RESOLUTION NO. 12483 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS EL RANCHO DEL REY, UNIT NO. 6D The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore received notification that the public improve- ments in that certain subdivision known and designated as EL RANCHO DEL REY, UNIT NO. 6D have been completed in accordance with that Certain improvement agreement by and between the City of Chula Vista and Subdivider, Pacific Scenes, Inc. and approved by Council Resolution No~1670 dated June 19, 1984 and WHEREAS, a final inspection was made on October 10, 1985 by the Engineering Department and said improvements were found to have been made in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer and were therefore acceptable to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said public improvements be, and they are hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommen- dations of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to Subdivider, Pacific Scenes, Inc.
