HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1986-12455 RESOLUTION NO. ]~5~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENTS FROM WESTERN SALT COMPANY, EASTLAKE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND DANIEL V, INC. FOR DRAINAGE FACILITIES LYING OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARY OF CHULA VISTA TRACT NO. 84-7, UNIT NO. 1 The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easements executed by Western Salt Company, dated the 2nd day of May, 1986, for drainage facilities lying outside the boundary of Chula Vista Tract 84-7, Unit 1, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain easement executed by Eastlake Development Company and Daniel V, Inc., dated the 30th day of April, 1986, for drainage facilities lying outside the boundary of Chula Vista Tract 84-7, Unit 1, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is' hereby directed to record said easements in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder.
