C 276 Fourth Avenue CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: Commissioners Carbuccia, Gonzales, Co-Chair Fish and Chair Gersten CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1-3) The Commission will enact the Consent Calendar staff recommendations by one motion, without discussion, unless a Commissioner, a member of the public, or staff requests that an item be removed for discussion. Items pulled from the Consent Calendar will be discussed immediately following the Consent Calendar. 1. APPROVAL OF REGULAR MEETING MINUTES of February 6, 2020 Staff recommendation: Commission approves the minutes. 2. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS A. Request for excused absence for Commissioner Carbuccia from the November 7, 2019 regular meeting of the Civil Service Commission. Staff recommendation: Commission approves the absence. B. Request for excused absence for Co-Chair Fish from the November 7, 2019 regular meeting of the Civil Service Commission. Staff recommendation: Commission approve the absence. 3. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE PROMULGATION OF THE ELIGIBLE LISTS: A. Associate Plan Check Engineer (RECRUITMENT #20474701) B. Building Inspector I (RECRUITMENT #20477101) C. Management Analyst II - Utility Billing Option (RECRUITMENT #20022701UB) D. Police Recruit – Academy Enrollee Option (RECRUITMENT #20507101AE) E. Police Recruit (RECRUITMENT #19507109) F. Senior Engineering Technician (RECRUITMENT#19605910) G. Senior Maintenance Worker, Promotional (RECRUITMENT #20637101P) Staff recommendation: Commission approves the promulgation of the eligible lists.  City of Chula Vista Boards & Commissions  Civil Service Commission Agenda PUBLIC COMMENTS Persons speaking during Public Comments may address the Commission on any agenda matter within the Commission’s jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda.
