CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of Minutes from January 15, 2020
Recommendation: Commission approve minutes
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Persons speaking during Public Comments may address the Board/Commission on any subject
matter within the Board/Commission's jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda.
State law generally prohibits the Board/Commission from discussing or taking action on any
issue not included on the agenda, but, if appropriate, the Board/Commission may schedule the
topic for future discussion or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three minutes.

2. VETERANS ACTIVITY REPORT
Commission to provide information on any upcoming events.
3. COMMISSION TO DISCUSS LOCATION CHANGES FOR SPECIAL MEETINGS
Commission Larkin will provide information on District #3 location and Capt. Thunberg
will provide information on District's #1, #2 and #4 locations.
4. DISCUSSION ON BROADENING OUR CONTACTS WITH VET ORGANIZATIONS
DISCUSSING NEW DOD RULES FOR VETERANS AND INVITING VETERANS
TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY SERVICE
Update on Department of Defense website link.
