RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
SUPPLEMENTAL SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR SAN MIGUEL RANCH PLANNING AREA
"D", CHULA VISTA TRACT NO. 99-04, REQUIRING
DEVELOPER TO COMPLY WITH CERTAIN UNFULFILLED
CONDITIONS OF BOTH RESOLUTION NO. 2000-068 AND
RESOLUTION NO. 2002-175, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the developer has executed a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement
Agreement to satisfy remaining conditions of Resolutions 2000-068 and 2002-175.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
does hereby approve the Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Chula Vista
Tract No. 99-04, San Miguel Ranch Planning Area "D", a copy of which shall be kept on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreements for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
