RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING REAL PROPERTY
AGREEMENTS WITH MR. ALDO MORENO, MR. PAUL
ARREDONDO, AND SAN DIEGO COUNTRY CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, the City is currently pursuing the design and future construction for the
replacement of Fire Station 9 ("Project") which is to be located on portions of 1095 Alpine
Avenue (APN 6191002300) and adjacent City right-of-way which is currently used as public
streets; and
WHEREAS, the respective portions of the Moss Street and Alpine Avenue will be
closed, and have been set aside and re-designated for fire station purposes; and
WHEREAS, City staff has negotiated real property agreements with the property owners
abutting the respective sections of Moss Street and Alpine Avenue to acquire their respective
property interests within the right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, adoption of this resolution would approve those real property agreements to
allow the City to acquire the respective property owners' property interests within the right-of-
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
as follows:
SECTION 1. That it approves the agreement entitled Acuerdo De Liberacion between
the City and Aldo Moreno and Lidia M. Moreno, in the form presented, with such minor
modifications as may be required or approved by the City Attorney, a copy of which shall be
kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and authorizes and directs the City Manager to
execute same.
SECTION 2. That it accepts the Quitclaim Deed from Aldo Moreno and Lidia M.
Moreno to the City, in the form presented, with such minor modifications as may be required or
approved by the City Attorney, and authorizes the same to be recorded in the Official Records of
the San Diego County Recorder.
SECTION 3. That it approves the Release Agreement between the City and Mr. Paul
Arredondo,in the form presented, with such minor modifications as may be required or approved
by the City Attorney, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and
authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute same.
SECTION 4. That it accepts the Quitclaim Deed from and Mr. Paul Arredondo to the
City, in the form presented, with such minor modifications as may be required or approved by
the City Attorney, and authorizes the same to be recorded in the Official Records of the San
Diego County Recorder.

SECTION 5. That it accepts the Quitclaim Deed from San Diego Country Club, Inc. to
the City, in the form presented, with such minor modifications as may be required or approved
by the City Attorney, and authorizes the same to be recorded in the Official Records of the San
Diego County Recorder.
