PUBLIC COMMENTS Persons speaking during Public Comments may address the Commission on any agenda matter within the Commission’s jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda. State law generally prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on any issue not included on the agenda, but, if appropriate, the Commission may schedule the topic for future discussion or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three minutes. Staff recommendation: Appoint Commission Chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2019. 5. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE THE ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATIONS TO THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN PER THE CIVIL SERVICE RULE 1.02 A (3) A. Digital Forensics Technician I (ACE) B. Digital Forensics Technician II (ACE) Staff recommendation: Commission approves the additional classifications. 6. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE ELIGIBLE LIST FOR MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT #19556902) to, April 17,2020.
