The community is Rios East Rancho Drive and Rancho Court. We have reported to the city parking concerns as well as safety concerns. We have encouraged the residents to use the app SeeClickFix to report issues. The problem is that these issues remain for months and not Home Abc)ut t inaT TrIese issues remain Tor monins ana noT resolved. Our community has become an area for storage of vehicles which block sidewalks, park in red zones, store inoperable vehicles for months, use street for vehicle storage for weeks or months at a time. Some of these vehicles were being stored in the strip mail in Main Street and Melrose until they started towing. We are requesting the city to please help and ticket or tow these vehicles. There is no parking even for school bus which drops off children in front of the Rios East Sign. Corners are blocked which obstructs vision. We are concerned with no cross walk and children cross street. There has been requests for speed bumps, cross walks and enforcement of auto storage. We would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.
