CONSENT CALENDAR 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of Minutes from April 17, 2019 Recommendation: Commission approve minutes PUBLIC COMMENTS: Persons speaking during Public Comments may address the Board/Commission on any subject matter within the Board/Commission's jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda. State law generally prohibits the Board/Commission from discussing or taking action on any issue not included on the agenda, but, if appropriate, the Board/Commission may schedule the topic for future discussion or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three minutes. ACTION ITEMS 2. VOY INFORMATION a. Commissioner Balolong to provide an update from the San Diego Veterans Museum on the timeline and point of contact for Veteran of the Year. 3. CITY WEBSITE UPDATE a. Commissioner Larkin to distribute a page or resources for veterans. List to be potentially added to the Veterans Website. 4. FALLEN HEROES BANNERS a. Vice Chair Sears will provide and up date from The Third Avenue Village Association. 5. SPECIAL MEETING AND CHANGING THE LOCATION OF REGULAR MEETING STAFF PRESENTATIONS The items listed in this section of the agenda will consist ofpresentations by City staff members. No action is expected to be taken by the Committee on these items.
