RESOLUTION OF THE VETERANS ADVISORY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA CHANGING
THE LOCATION OF REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Veterans Advisory Commission Resolution No. 2017-01 establishes the
Community Conference Room, located at the Chula Vista Police Department, 315 4th Avenue,
Chula Vista, California, as the location to hold its regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code § 2.25.200 provides for a change in meeting location upon
adoption by the board/commission a written resolution, which adoption shall be recorded in the
minutes of the board/commission and a copy of which resolution shall be forwarded to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the Veterans Advisory Commission wishes to change its meeting location to
the Administration Conference Room, 2 Floor, located at the Chula Vista Police Department,
3154 1h Avenue, Chula Vista, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Veterans Advisory Commission of the
City of Chula Vista, pursuant to Municipal Code § 2.25.200, does hereby change the location of
its regular meetings to the Administration Conference Room, 2"d Floor, located at the Chula Vista
Police Department, 315 4th Avenue, Chula Vista, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the Veterans Advisory Commission of the
City of Chula Vista, California, this 20 day of February 2019, by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Torres, Sears, Wynne, Balolong and Larkin
NAYS: Commissioners: NONE
ABSENT: Commissioners: Mueller and Bartlett

I, Claudia Bravo Secretary of the Veterans Advisory Commission of the City of Chula Vista,
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 2019-01 was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the Veterans Advisory Commission at its regular meeting held on the
20 day of February 2019.
