CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL: Commissioners Carbuccia, Gonzales, Fish, Co-Chair Starr and Chair Gersten
CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1-3)
The Commission will enact the Consent Calendar staff recommendations by one motion,
without discussion, unless a Commissioner, a member of the public, or staff requests that an
item be removed for discussion. Items pulled from the Consent Calendar will be discussed
immediately following the Consent Calendar.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES of January 3, 2019 and February 7, 2019.
Staff recommendation: Commission approves the minutes.
2. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
A. Request for excused absence for Commissioner Carbuccia requesting an excused
absence from the January 3, 2019 regular Civil Service Commission Meeting.
Request for excused absence for Commissioners Fish and Gonzales from the
February 7, 2019 Civil Service Commission.
Staff recommendation: Commission approves the absences.
3. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE PROMULGATION OF THE ELIGIBLE
LISTS:

Staff recommendation: Commission approves the promulgation of the eligible lists.
PUBLIC COMMENTS

generally prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on any issue not included
