HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2003-103RESOLUTION NO. 2003-103 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHULA VISTA TRACT NO. 01-09, EASTLAKE III VISTAS VR-1, REQUIRING EASTLAKE COMPANY, LLC TO COMPLY WITH CERTAIN UNFULFILLED CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 2001-269, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the developer has executed a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Vistas VR-1 Eastlake III in order to satisfy conditions of approval Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 11, 12, 18, 24, 28, 29, 68, 71, 98, 99, 100, 101, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 124, 159, 160, 161, 162, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, and 177 of the Eastlake III tentative map. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Chula Vista Tract No. 01-09, Eastlake III Vistas VR-1 requiring Eastlake Company, LLC to comply with certain unfulfilled conditions of Resolution No. 2001-269, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
