HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2007-01 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-01 RESOLUTION OF THE VETERANS ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, Chula Vista Municipal Code Section 2.39.060.2(B) establishes Conference Rom One in the Public Service Building, located at 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, as the place for the Veterans Advisory Commission to hold its regular meetings; and WHEREAS, Chula Vista Municipal Code Section 2.39.060.2(B)provides for a change in location upon adoption by the Board/Commission of a written resolution, which adoption shall be recorded in the minutes of the Board/Commission and a copy of which resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Board/Commission wishes to change its meeting location to alternate between the Chula Vista Police Department, Administrative Conference Room, 315 Fourth Avenue, and the Veterans Home of California, Chula Vista, 700 East Naples Court, Chula Vista. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The August 21, 2007 meeting will be held at the Chula Vista Police Department. Thereafter,the meetings will be held at the Veterans Home on the odd numbered months (September, November, January, March, May, and July). During even numbered months, the meetings will be held at the Chula Vista Police Department (August, October, February, April, and June). There is no meeting during the l month of December.
