RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR SAN
MIGUEL RANCH PLANNING AREA "C", CHULA VISTA
TRACT NO. 99-04; ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA THE VARIOUS EASEMENTS, ALL AS
GRANTED ON SAID MAP, WITHIN SAID SUBDIVISION;
VACATING ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
THE VARIOUS EASEMENTS, ALL AS SHOWN ON SAID
MAP, WITHIN SAID SUBDIVISION; APPROVING THE
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED BY SAID
SUBDIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista hereby finds that that certain map survey entitled Chula Vista Tract No. 99-04, San Miguel
Ranch Planning Area "C", particularly described as follows:
Lot 6 of Chula Vista Tract No. 99-04, San Miguel Ranch, Phases 1, 2, & 4, "A"
Map No. 1, in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 14261, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, August 21, 2001.
Area: 13.174 Acres No. of Lots: 2
Numbered Lots: 1 Lettered Lots: 1
is made in the manner and form prescribed by law and conforms to the surrounding surveys; and
that said map and subdivision of land shown thereon is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby accepts the sewer easement,
sight visibility, tree planting and maintenance, general utility and access, and emergency access
easements, all as shown on San Miguel Ranch Planning Area "C" map within said subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby acknowledges on behalf of the
City of Chula Vista the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Fee Interest of Lot "A" for open space
and other public purposes all as shown on San Miguel Ranch Planning Area "C" map within said
subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to endorse upon said map the action of said Council; that said Council
has approved said subdivision map, and that the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the Fee
Interest of said lots be acknowledged, and that those certain easements as granted San Miguel
Ranch Planning Area "C" within said subdivision are accepted on behalf of the City of Chula
Vista as hereinabove stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain Subdivision Improvement Agreement
dated December 17, for the completion of improvements in said subdivision, a copy of which is
on file in the Office of the City Clerk is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit said
map to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
