as their City Council for study. Col. Dillon and Mr. Coyle, Harbor Commissioners,
who were present, agreed to expenditures from the Harbor Commissionerts fund for
- this purpose. Chairman- Peterman of the National City Planning Commission, stated

that had once been prepared for harbor-development and a recreation area while the
matter was under advisement with a Congressional Committee. He said he would at-
tempt to locate copies of the brochure for additional study.
Harbor Commissioner Coyle wondered if perhaps it might not be better
to have the map approved by both the Chula Vista Planning Commission and
City Council before being sent 'to National City. It was agreed that maps could .
