PLANNING COMMISSION, HELD MONDAY, APRIL 4,
The Commission met in Regular session on the above date at 7.30
o'clock•P.M., in the 'Council Chambers of the City Hall, with Chairman
Davis presiding. Members present: Messbs. Davis, Fisher, Welton, Guest,
Irey, Cloyed. Absent. None.
Minutes of Regular meeting held March 7, 1949s having been prepared
and mailed to each member of the Commission, and to each member of the
Council, were approved, upon motion by Member Irey, seconded by Member
Welton, Carried.
RECORD OF SURVEY FINAL MAP: (Hobart Homes and Mgssrs Lee & Leschorn).
Upon motion by Member Welton, seconded by Member Irey, and carried,
the final map of a Record of Survey presented to the Commission by Mr.
Stafford, representing the above owners, was recommended for Council
approval.
TECUMSEH PARK UNIT N0.2. Tentative Map: (Messrs Lyndss Tyson & Johnson)
Mr.Stafford appeared before the Commission representing- the above
owners, and presented for their approval a tentative map of Tecumseh Park
Unit N0.2. Upon motion by Member Cloyed, seconded by Member Guest, and
carried, the tentative map was recommended for Council's approval.

tn L N4R. , Upon motion by Member Cloyed,
seconded by Member Irey, and carried, the- final Map of the above proposed
Subdivision, was approved, and recommended for. Council's acceptance,
subject to Engineer Foster's check on the final map.
COVANILLO UNIT NO.1: - Final Map: Mr.Covert, owner of this proposed
Subdivision, presented to the Commission for their approval, Final Map
of "Covanillo Unit No.l". Upon motion by Member Fisher, seconded by
Member Guest, and carried, the final map was recommended for Council's
acceptance, subject to improvements on both ends of Whitney Avenue,
as required by Zoning Ordinance No.398.
FLOODBERG — Acceptance_ of certain RronertY ad scent to _Casselman Street.
Upon motion by Member Fisher, seconded by Member Cloyed, and carried, -
recommendation was made that City Council accept certain property
adjacent to Casselman Street, being portions of Lots 13 and 14, in
Quartersection 150, as a dedicated street, and also dedicate that portion
of Casselma•n Street now owned by the City of Chula Vista, as a street.
Previous to acipurnnent, Chairman Davis, offered some suggestions
that the Commission make some study regarding projects for future thought.,
namely, and in the following order:- Master Street Plan, Recreation
Parks, Parking space.
ADJOURNMEN Upon motion by Member Welton, seconded by Menber Irey,
and carr& d, the meeting--wa3 adjourned sine die.
