PLY%NNIING COMMISSION, HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd, 147.
The Commission met in regular session on the above date, at 7.30 P.M.
in the Council Chambers ofthe City Hall, with Chairman Davis presiding„
Members present: Davis, Fisher, Welton, Guest, Trey. Absent: done.
Minutes of regular adjourned meeting held Monday, August 11, 1917,
having been prepared and mailed to each member of the Comm=ission, and to
each member of the council, upon motion by Member Guest, seconded by
Membervdelton,which carried, were approved as prepared and mailed.
ZONE VARIANCES: (Published at least one week previous to meeting) . HARRY D.TRUAX.
(1) Upon motion by Member Fisher, seconded by Member Irey, which carried,
the. request for Zone Variance, for the purpose of operating a branch
Real Estate Office and Notary Public at his residence 173 "G" Street,
was granted, with the provision that no real estate signs are erected, with
the exception of a small Notary Public sign to be placed on above said
property, and for a period of one year from this date.
(2) Upon motion by Member Welton, seconded by Member Fisher., which
carried, request for Zone Variance by Lawrence C.Kuebler, for the purpose
of .constructing multiple dwellings on Lot 17 Block 124., being 210 feet
•on "F" Street, and 296 feet on Second Avenue, was granted.
LETTER TO COUNCIL: Upon motion by Member Irey, seconded by Member Welton,
which carried, the secretary eras instructed to write a letter addressed
to the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, recommending if and when
trees are replaced, that the stipulation be made that Cocos plumosa trees
be planted — two trees to each 50 foot lot., on Elder, Fig and Guava Avenues,
between "E" Street and Davidson Street.
