CONSENT ITEMS:
The Chair may entertain requests by staff to continue an agenda item. The Chair may also entertain
a recommendation by a Commissioner to approve certain non-controversial agenda Items as
Consent Items., Notwithstanding the foregoing, an agenda Item listed as a Public Hearing may not
be acted upon by the Commission as a Consent Item, Public Hearing items small be heard by the
Commission as a Public Hearing.
ACTION ITEM:
1.. Action Item: PCI 10 -0'18; Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City
of Chula Vista recommending the City Council approve the
waiver, of the applicable Residential l Construction Tax for
affordable housing units within a development to be located on
Neighborhood R -o in Otay Ranch pillage 2 in satisfaction of
the City's Balanced Communities Policy.
