PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Opportunityfor members of the public to speak to the Planning Commission on any subject matter
within the Commission's jurisdiction, but not an item on today's agenda Each speaker's
presentation may not exceed three minutes.
CONSENT ITEMS:
The Chair may entertain requests by staff to continue an agenda item. The Chair may also entertain
a recommendation by a Commissioner to approve certain non - controversial agenda items as
Consent items Notwithstanding the foregoing, an agenda item listed as a Public Hearing may not
be acted upon by the Commission as a Consent Item Public Hearing items shall be heard by the
Commission as a Public Hearing
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1, Public Hearing: PCS 06 -07; Consideration of a Tentative Subdivision
Map to subdivide seventeen (17) condominium units for
individual ownership on a 26,130 sf site in the R -3 zone.
The site is located at 354 Moss Street. Applicant:

2. Public Hearing: PCC 11 -22; Consideration of Conditional Use Permitto
establish and operate a temporary Recreational Vehicle
(RV) and Boat storage facility at 850 Showroom Place.

3. Public Hearing: PCM 11 -09; Consideration of amendments to the
Eastlake III General Development Plan, Sectional
Planning Area (SPA) Plan and associated Planned
Community District Regulations and Land Use District
Map to add 38 additional units to the previously
approved 389 unit Olympic Pointe project and increase
the development area from 18.4 acres to the full 19..6
acres of the site located at the southwest corner of
Olympic Parkway and Wueste Road intersection. Update
parking standards to reflect change in bedroom count.
