PUBLIC MEETING Project GPA a6-01 A Draft 2005-10 Housing Element Update of the City's General Plan Pursuant to State Law, the City of Chula Vista has prepared a Housing Element that covers the period of July 1,2005 through June 30,2010. The Housing Element is an important planning tool of the City that:(a)analyzes the City's present and projected housing needs; (b) identifies potential constraints and opportunities to meeting the City's housing needs; and(c) sets policy goals and objectives,and a five-year work program for meeting the City's housing goals and needs during the 2005-2010 period.
