CONFERENCE ROOM #C101 CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Steve Zasueta Margie Reese Dina Chavez , Armida Martin Del Campo , Gregory Alabado Aurora Cudal Earl Jentz ! , Vacant , Mark Minas 1) APPROVAL OF MINUTES .• 1/23/2008 2) HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL REPORT Red velopment and Housing staff will provide an overview of the July 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007 Annual Report (see Attachment #1). 3) THE LANDINGS — ADDITIONAL FINANCING Redevelopment and Housing staff will provide the amount of additional funding needed to meet accessibility requirements. The Commission will provide comment and direction regarding the app oval of additional funding for the project. 1 � 4) EASTLAIKE III AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATION Redl velopment and Housing staff will provide a brief presentation on the "Agreement to Post Security for Affordable Housing Obligation" in fulfillment of a 25 low-income unit obligation in the Eastlake III planned community. The Commission will provide comment regarding the approval of the agreement. 5) STAFF REPORTS ❖ FII mingo Trailer Park EII Dorado Ridge I 6) MEMBER'S COMMENTS 7) ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Housing Advisory Commission on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction but not an item on today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not exceed three minutes. 8) ADJOURNMENT — To the next regular meeting date of April 23, 2008.
