APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 16, 2007
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: An opportunity for members of the public to speak to the
Resource Conservation Commission on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction
but not an item on today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not exceed three minutes.

2. IS-06-020 --- Napa Place, 445 First Avenue (Maria Muett/Caroline Young)
State Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and
recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
3. IS-07-030 --- Conditional Use Permit for Temporary Championship Off-Road Race 2007;
east of the existing terminus of Main Street, east of Heritage Road (Glen Laube)
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and
