Each speaker's presentation may not exceed three minutes. INFORMATION ITEM 1. Drainage Training (Silvester Evetovich) NEW BUSINESS ! 2. IS-06-020 --- Napa Place, 445 First Avenue (Maria Muett/Caroline Young) State Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted. 3. IS-07-030 --- Conditional Use Permit for Temporary Championship Off-Road Race 2007; east of the existing terminus of Main Street, east of Heritage Road (Glen Laube) Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
