NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON
WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2010 AT 3:30 P.M. IN THE EXECUTIVE
CONFERENCE ROOM, LOCATED AT CITY HALL, 276 FOURTH
AVENUE, CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, TO CONSIDER THE
FOLLOWING:
Roll Call.
2. Approval of Minutes of March 18, 2009, June 17, 2009, September 16, 2009,
October 21, 2009, February 17, 2010, March 17, 2010, Ad Hoc Committee
Minutes April 8, 2010, and April 21, 2010.
3. Report from the Ad Hoc Committee on Chapter 2.28.
4. Letter to Fair Political Practices Commission re: Status of Castaneda Complaint.
_ 5. Public Comments - This is an opportunity for the general public to address the
Board of Ethics on any subject matter that is not an agenda item.
6. Members' Comments. I declare under penalty of perjury that I am employed by
