NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2010 AT 3:30 P.M. IN THE EXECUTIVE
CONFERENCE ROOM, LOCATED AT CITY HALL, 276 FOURTH
AVENUE, CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, TO CONSIDER THE
FOLLOWING:
Roll Call.
2. Report from the Ad Hoc Committee on Chapter 2.28.
3. Review of Questions re: Board of Ethic's Position of 03/26/10.
4. Letter to Fair Political Practices Commission re: Status of Castaneda Complaint.
5. Public Comments - This is an opportunity for the general public to address the
