CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1-3)
The Commission will enact the Consent Calendar staff recommendations by one motion,
without discussion, unless a Commissioner, a member of the public, or staff requests that
an item be removed for discussion. Items pulled from the Consent Calendar will be
discussed immediately following the Consent Calendar.

Staff recommendation: Commission approve the minutes.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Persons speaking during Public Comments may address the Commission on any agenda
matter within the Commission's jurisdiction that is not listed as an item on the agenda.
State law generally prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking action on any
issue not included on the agenda, but, if appropriate, the Commission may schedule the
topic for future discussion or refer the matter to staff. Comments are limited to three
minutes.

4. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE POLICE AGENT
ELIGIBLE LIST
Staff recommendation: Commission approve the extension.
ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013
Staff recommendation: Commission elect a chair and vice chair for fiscal year 2013.
6. NOMINATION OF THREE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION APPLICANTS TO BE
CONSIDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL TO FILL THE CIVIL SERVICE
COMMISSION VACANCY FOR THE SEAT VACATED BY COMMISSIONER
BRANNAN PURSUANT TO CVMC 2.43.050
Staff recommendation: Commission nominate three applicants to be considered by the
City Council to fill the vacant seat on the Commission.
