NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Ms. Young:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed above mentioned project. Please be
advised that this project is within the boundaries of Olympic View Elementary School, which
serves children from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The District anticipates that the capacity at Olympic
View Elementary school will be sufficient to accommodate the students generated by the
proposed project.
The 26 planned dwelling units are within the boundary of CVESD Community Facilities District
No. 1, which is mitigated by a fee of $1,541.75/du due at the time the permit is pulled and a 25 -
year annual tax assessment.
The District is in support of the plans regarding the re -design of the pedestrian access in the
pedestrian easement adjacent to Olympic View Elementary as well as the additional parking that
will be made available for the use of the staff and parents.
