5. Cultural Arts Logo - Lynette Tessitore-Lopez, Cultural Arts Manager
Recommendation: To finalize selection of a Cultural Arts Logo.
Ms. Tessitore-Lopez presented 8 logos that the City's graphic designer designed based
upon the feedback provided by the Cultural Arts Commission at the April CAC meeting.
The Commission went through the designs and agreed they wanted a logo that sent a
clear message and that cultural arts or arts was the primary focus. After a lengthy
discussion the Commission selected option #6 with the following revisions:
• Mute the orchard background and make the A a bolder color, possibly black
• Add the paint splatter that is proposed in Options #7 and 48.
