NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON WEDNESDAY,
SEPTEMBER 18, 2013 AT 5:15 P.M. IN COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM C-101,
LOCATED AT CITY HALL, 276 FOURTH AVENUE, CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA,
TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

2. Discussion and Action Regarding Selection of Attorneys to Serve as the Enforcement
Authority for the City of Chula Vista's Campaign Contribution Ordinance as Found in Chula
Vista Municipal Code Section 2.52. The Discussion and Action may Include, but is not
limited to, Selection of Attorneys to Serve on the Enforcement Authority Panel and/or
Selection of Attorneys to Interview for Possible Selection to Serve on the Enforcement
Authority Panel.
3. Public Comments — This is an opportunity for the general public to address the Board of
Ethics on any subject matter that is not an agenda item.
