BOARD OF ETHICS AD HOC COMMITTEE MEETING
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA
October 13, 2011 Executive Conference Room 4:00 P.M.
Member Starr called the meeting to order.
1. Roll Call
MEMBERS PRESENT: Felicia Starr, Anthony Jemison, Al Sotoa (arrived at 4:30 p.m.).
MEMBERS ABSENT: Michael German.
ALSO PRESENT: Simon Silva, Deputy City Attorney.
2. Review of Chapter 2.28, including Changes Directed by City Council, and
Referral to Board of Ethics of Draft Language.
Conflict, Confidential Investigator Criteria was reviewed by Ad Hoc Committee
Members.

There were none.

There were none.
ADJOURNMENT AT 4:50 p.m. to the next scheduled Ad Hoc Committee meeting on
October 20, 2011.
