BOARD OF ETHICS AD HOC COMMITTEE MEETING
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA
September 29, 2011 Executive Conference Room 4:07 P.M.
Chair Starr called the meeting to order.
Roll Call
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Felicia Starr, and Anthony Jemison.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Michael German, and Al Sotoa.
ALSO PRESENT: Simon Silva, Deputy City Attorney.
2. Review of Chapter 2.28, Including Changes Directed by City Council.
The Ad Hoc Committee members along with Silva reviewed, discussed and provided
input regarding changes directed by City Council to sections 2.28.080, 2.28.120 and
2.28.140.

There were none

There were none.
5. Staff Comments.
There were none.
ADJOURNMENT AT 5:06 p.m. to the next regularly scheduled Ad Hoc Committee
meeting on October 6, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
