BOARD OF ETHICS
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON WEDNESDAY,
NOVEMBER 16, 2011 AT 3:30 P.M. IN THE EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM,
LOCATED AT CITY HALL, 276 FOURTH AVENUE, CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA,
TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
1. Roll Call.
2. Approval of Minutes of October 19, 2011, and Ad Hoc Minutes of September 15, 2011,
September 29, 2011, October 6, 2011, October 20, 2011, and October 27, 2011.
3. Discussion and Action regarding Board of Ethic Ad Hoc Committee's Proposed
Amendments to Chapter 2.28 Based on City Council's Direction and the City Clerk's
revisions to Board and Commissions Ordinances.
4. Rules for Public Comment.
5. Changing Board of Ethics meeting start times.
6. Public Comments — This is an opportunity for the general public to address the Board of
