Home My WebLink AboutReso 1987-12990 (d) RESOLUTION NO. 12990 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENTS FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES ALONG SECOND AVENUE AND LAS FLORES DRIVE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement for street tree purposes executed by Richard and Jody Livesay; Nancy L. Perrott and R. Dale Ohlau, copies of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said easements in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
