HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1987-12987 RESOLUTION NO. 12987 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENTS FOR STREET PURPOSES, DEDICATING SAID STREET TO PUBLIC USE AND OFFICIALLY NAMING SAID STREET "LAS FLORES DRIVE" The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement executed by Mary Jane Simpson; Richard and Jody Livesay; Roy M. and Judy Shepard; R. Dale Ohlau; Nancy L. Perrott and Mascot Realty, Inc., copies of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted and dedicated to the public use for street purposes by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby officially named LAS FLORES DRIVE. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said easements in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
