HA-14) JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPI~IENT AGENCY AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGEI~ CY AND HOUSING AUTHORITY BUDGETS FOR FY 2000-01 Al ID APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, Redevelopment Agency staff have prepared budget requests for various redevelopment project areas and the Redevelopment Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund; and .~termined that the planning and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has d administrative expenses proposed for the Low and Moderate I ~come Housing Fund are necessary for the production, improvement, or preservation of Iow and m~ ~derate-income housing; and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chula Vista, after a Public Hearing, has reviewed and approved the budget contained in und numbers listed below, and has determined that the planning and administrative expenses for 3on-housing redevelopment purposes are necessary for the elimination of blight within the respective ~roject areas.
