Notice is hereby given that the Healthy Chula Vista Advisory Commission of the City of
Chula Vista has called and will convene a Special Meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in CV

ROLL CALL: Commissioners Cruz, de Murguia, Martinez, Milburn, Partida-Lopez, Quiroz, Velo, Vice

CONSENT CALENDAR
The Board/Commission will enact the Consent Calendar staff recommendations by one motion, without
discussion, unless a Board/Commission Member, a member of the public, or staff requests that an item be
removed for discussion. If you wish to speak on one of

Staff recommendation: Review Attachment 1 and approve minutes.

2. HEALTHY CHULA VISTA ADVISORY COMMISSION VIDEO PRODUCTION
OVERVIEW & SCHEDULING
Commissioners will be asked to participate in a success video highlighting their involvement in
the Healthy Chula Vista Advisory Commission and asked to schedule a time for video
production.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Commissions provide feedback on their availability to participate in the
video.
3. PROMISE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (RLA) FEBRUARY
2017 GRADUATES PRESENTATION
Recent graduates of the RLA will present their community based project plans.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Commission hear the presentation.
4. MEASURE P & CHULA VISTA INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS
Public Works staff will provide an overview of the impact of Measure P on infrastructure
improvements in Chula Vista and answer questions related to the RLA presentation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Commission hear the presentation.
