RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
SUPPLEMENTAL SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR SAN MIGUEL RANCH PLANNING AREA
E-l, CHULA VISTA TRACT NO. 99-04, REQUIRING
DEVELOPER TO COMPLY WITH CERTAIN UNFULFILLED
CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-068, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the developer has executed a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement
Agreement which addresses several outstanding conditions of the tentative map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
does hereby approve the Final Map Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for San
Miguel Ranch Planning Area E-l, Chula Vista Tract No. 99-04, a copy of which shall be kept on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
