PUBLIC COMMENTS Debra Farrer, Chula Vista resident, represenfing Rancho Vista Church, requested the Council consider waiving fees associated with a recent appeal of a conditional use permit issued to the church. At the request of Councilmember McCanq the�e was consensus of the Council to make a referral to s[aH to add an item to a future agenda to consider waiving the fees. Pam Keel, Chula Vista �esident, expressed concem regarding a development p�oject located at 3rd and K Street, and she spoke in opposition to the proposed sales tax measure. Councilmembe� Bensoussan spoke �egarding the iecent HarborFest event and stated she would make a presentation regarding HarborFest at a /uture Council meefing.
