Chapter 1. part 2 of Dieision l� of the Califomia Streeu and Highwa�•s Code. also i:no���n as "Landscapine and Lighting Act of 1972" and Chula Vista A4unicipal Code Chapter 17.07, «'illdan Financial Services has prepared and filed. on behalf of and under the direction of the Cin� Engineer, the annual Ensineers Report (also l:noti�n as and entitled the "Open Space Districts Annual Administration Report`) for all existing Open Space A9aintenance Districts in the Cit}_ and �i'HEREAS; on Jul�� ]2, 2016. I�'OVd. THEREFORE. BE [T RESOLVED b�� the Cit�- Council of the Cit�� of Chula Vista as to all Open Space and A4aintenance Districts referenced in this Resolution, as follo«s: 1. That it finds that ��Titten protests against the proposed assessment have not been made bv o�vners representin� more than one-half of the area of land to be assessed. 2. That it confirms the dia_�ram and assessment contained in the Engineers Repon. Resolution No. 2016-161 Page No. 2 3. That it orders that the open space and maintenance facilities be maintained. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the adoption of this Resolution constitutes the le�ry of assessments and collectibles as proposed in the Engineer's Report for the 2016/2017 Fiscal Year for Open Space District No. 1.
