AND BAY BOULEVARD A1AII�'TEI�'A?�'CE DISTRICT R'HEREAS, prior to the adoption of this Resolution, the Cin� Council caused the formation of various districts under and pursuant to state la��; and V1'HEREAS. pursuant to Article 4. Chapter l. part 2 of Division 1� of the Califomia Streets and High�va��s Code. also knoN�n as "Landscaping and Liehting Act of 1972" and Chula Vista Municipal Code Chapter U.07, V�'illdan Financial Sen�ices has prepared and filed, on behalf of and under the direction of the Cit�� Eneineer, the annual Eneineer s Report (also kno���n as and entitled the "Open Space Districts Annual Administration Report ) for all existins Open Space Maintenance Districts in the Cih�: and �1'HEREAS. on Juh� 12, 2016. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista held a public hearing on the date and [ime set for such hearina: and WHEREAS, all interested persons were afforded the opportunity to hear and be heard; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered all oral statemenls and written protests made or filed by all interested persons. NOVJ. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ciry of Chula Vista, as to all Open Space and Maintenance Districts referenced in this Resolution, as follows: ]. That it finds that written protests against the proposed assessment have not been made b<< o���ners representing more than one-half of the area of land to be assessed. Resolution I��o. 2016-160 Paee No. 3 2. That it confirms the diagram and assessment contained in the Engineer`s Report. 3. That it orders that the open space and maintenance facilities be maintained. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED b�� the Cit�� Council of the Cirv of Chula Vista that the adoption of this Resolution constirutes the le��� of assessments and collectibles as proposed in the Engineer's Report for the 2016/2017 Fiscal Year for Open Space Districts 2 throueh 7, 9, 1 l, 14, 1�, 17, 18, 20 (Zones 1, 2, 4. �, 6, 8), 23, 24; 26, 31, 33, Eastlal:e A4aintenance District No 1 (Zones B, C; and D), and Bay Boule��ard Maintenance District.
