The 2visions included changes lo section 3.33.760 fo add a 2/erence to the plan thal would be presented to the council for consideration to include financing options to accelerafe large-scale projects, as well as a modffication lo the composition of the citizens oversight committee [o delete re/erence to city residents and businesses, as those provisions we2 provided for in the City's Charter.
