HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2016-089 RESOLUTION NO. 2016-089 RESOLUTIOI�' OF THE CITl' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA V]STA GRAI�TTII�'G NEV�' EASEMENTS AND AMENDING THE CONFIGURATION OF AI�' EXISTII�'G EASEA4ENT OVER CITY OV�'?�TED LAND TO SAi�t DIEGO GAS R ELECTRIC COMPANY WI-IEREAS, San Diego Gas R Electric (SDGRE) is currently preparins to begin construction of the Salt Creek Substation located south of Hunte Parkwav and east of Exploration Falls Dri��e; and R'-HEREAS, in order to complete this project SDG&E needs to acquire some additional easement rights from the Citv and modifi- the orientation of another; and WHEREAS: the need for additional easements was determined b�� the projects final desien: and R'HEREAS; these actions are reasonable for purposes of the construction of this substation and are ���ithin the scope of«hat was orieinally anticipated and covenanted to at the time the land was com�eved to both the Cih� and SDG&E. NOVd. THEREFORE.
