The land in which said easemen[ and right of H ay is hereb eranted is situated in the Cit
of Chula Vista. Counh•of San Dieeo. State of Califomia. described as folloH s:
That portion of Lot 9 of Ota Rancho, according to 1 9ap thereof No. 862. filed in the
Office of the Count Recorder of said Counh of San Dieeo, more particularly described in a Deed
recorded December 31. 2001 at Document I'o. 2001-097 07. of Official Records of said Count•of San
Dieeo.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of land described in a Grant Deed to San Diego
Gas & Electric Compam, recorded June 28. 2011 at Document No. 2011-0326939: of Official Records
of said Count of San Dieso.
The easement in the aforesaid lands is more particularly described in E hibit "A",
consisting of one (1) sheet and shown on Exhibit "A 1", consisting of nvo (2) sheets, attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

Grantor, shall not die or drill any well, plant any tree. erect, place or construct am
pipeline, irrieation ditch. buildine. all. fence or other structure, nor impound or store fluids or materials
within the boundaries of the abo-e described easement and riaht of av.
Grantor shall not increase or decrease the ¢round surface elevations ithin the boundaries
of the abo e-described easement and risht of H a• existina at the date of esecution of this instrument. nor
shall the said eround surface be penetrated to a depth in excess of 18 inches by am tool or implement;
N ithout the pre ious ritten consent of the Grantee.
Grantee shall have the right to trim, cut and remo e trees, foliaee and roots upon and
from H ithin the above described easement and rieht of+•ay whene er in Grantee's judsment the same
shall be necessary for the com-enient and safe exercise of the rights herein granted.
Grantor shall not erant or dedicate am other easement on. under or over the above
described easement and right of way H ithout first securine Grantee's H ritten approval. The right to
transfer and assign this easement and right of vati in H hole or in part is hereby eranted to the Grantee.

Compam pursuant [o Section 8730 of the Business and Professions Code, State of Califomia.

A 30.00 foot strip of land being a portion of Lot 9 of Otay Rancho, in the City of Chula Vista, County of
San Diego,State of California, according to Map thereof No. 862,filed in the Office of the San Diego
Couniy Recorder, February 7, 1900, said 30.00 foot strip of land being 15.00 feet on either side parallel
with or concentric to the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at a found 3/4 inch iron pipe with disk stamped"LS 6703"marking the most Northerly
corner of Record of Survey 21941, recorded February 19, 2015 in the Office of said County Recorder as
File No. 2015-7000049, said 3/4 inch iron pipe also marking the most Northerly corner of Deed recorded
June 28,2011 as Instrumen[no. 2011-0326939 of Of{icial Records; thence along:he Northeasterly line
of said Record of Survey 21941 South 49'37'03" East,289.87 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent
